The full payment of your order is required if you want to be delivered, if your order has a special request and if the cake you have ordered is usually not sold in the outlet you want to collect it.
Cancellation of Order
Once order has been made NO cancellation is allowed. In any case of cancellation 100% value of the order will be charged.
Items sold are not exchangeable.
Changes in Order
Any changes pertaining to orders must be made at least 2 working days before delivery.
Any last minute changes to orders are subjected to an additional S$10 Service Fee (excluding GST).
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time. Laurent Bernard Chocolatier will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.
Complimentary candles will be provided for every cake order when requested by customers. Please indicate the correct number of big and small candles required. We will process the order according to Sender’s request. (Note: we only provide max up to 9 big candles and 9 small candles)
Writings on the Cake
Customers may request for writings on the cake. Please indicate the wordings correctly upon placing your order. Do note that due to space constraint on the cake surface, lengthy wordings may not be accommodated. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any request of writings on the cake. It is customer's duty to ensure that such requests are acknowledged by Laurent Bernard Chocolatier.
Complimentary gift card will be provided for every order when requested by customers. Please indicate the message correctly upon placing your order. Do note that due to space constraint on the card, lengthy messages may not be accommodated. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any request of message on the card. It is customer's duty to ensure that such requests are acknowledged by Laurent Bernard Chocolatier.
Delivery and Self collection
All orders must be at least 1 working days in advance before delivery or self collection at Laurent Bernard’s outlets.
Products are sent to delivery with the name and address of the recipient only.
We don’t attach bill or invoice to the products when given to the customer. Customer must sign the order when collecting the product and the delivery slipper when items are delivered.
The Chocolate Factory Pte Ltd is not responsible for undelivered products due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given by the customer.
