cake boxesThis review is specifically for the box in which you pack the cake. I picked up a cake for a friends birthday and requested for a carry bag, which you guys didn't have as you're working to reduce the the consumption of plastic - Problem is if you're going to provide a box please make sure the quality of box is good enough withhold the weight of the cake. After celebrating my friends birthday and eating few bits of the cake at a restaurant, we put the cake in the same box and headed home. has i was rushing back to the car .. Boom the cake is on the floor (fell out of the box from the opening on the side).please provide plastic bags. the cake was really nice , but only 3 stars for not providing plastic bags

Birthday cakeI ordered a birthday cake for my girl to be delivered on 19 Dec. I WhatsApp Laurent Bernard to assist if the cake can be delivered before 12noon as the family had booked a lunch appointment at 12:45pm. Iveta was the staff that attended to my query. She was very helpful and kind in assuring me that she will try her best to pass the message to the driver. Even she was on leave on that day, she called me that she has already informed the driver and wished the family had a good celebration. Great customer service!! Indeed the cake arrived before 12noon

Responsiveiveta is extremely accommodating and responsive. When I asked to include additional writings on the cake last minute, she did it immediately so that the cake can be delivered on time. Ordered the black forest and pure chocolate cake and they were amazing. Laurent Bernard does not skimp on the quality of their ingredients and the cakes are moist, rich and delicious. Everyone kept asking for more!
