All orders must be at least 2 working day in advance before the delivery date.
Products are sent to delivery with the name and address of the recipient only. We don’t attach bill or invoice to the products when given to the customer. Customer must sign the order when collecting the product and the delivery slipper when items are delivered.
The Chocolate Factory Pte Ltd is not responsible for undelivered products due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given by the customer. If the item remains undelivered delivery, the recipient will be contacted by email or phone to organise a collection at one of our outlet. After 48 hours, we are not liable for items that have not been collected.
An additional delivery charge of S$5 above the normal delivery fee applies for delivery to Sentosa and Jurong Island.
Please check your order upon delivery. If there are any issue, you might give your order back to the driver to get new products. We won’t be able to give you any new product without collecting the damaged one.
