Our story
The first Laurent Bernard Chocolatier shop opened its doors in Singapore in 2006. Laurent Bernard's ambition was simple and, at the time, new: to introduce crafted chocolate to Singapore.
Laurent brings more than 30 years of culinary experience, gained in three-Michelin-star restaurants and five-star hotels such as the Waldorf in London, alongside chefs including Paul Bocuse and Michel Roux.
Twenty years on, Laurent Bernard Chocolatier is an official partner of Singapore Airlines, whose First Class and Suites travellers are served our handcrafted pralines, and every chocolate is still made by hand at our atelier at 37 MacTaggart Road.
His chocolates and cakes have been recognised with awards for best chocolates, best brand and best chocolate cake. The spirit has not changed: passionate, sparkling, and always in pursuit of excellence.
Quality, without compromise

Luxury, the French way
The uncompromising know-how of a French craftsman: each piece of chocolate is developed and moulded with care, following traditional crafts and the precious skills they protect.
For decades, Laurent and his team have crafted chocolates and macarons for Singapore Airlines and for hotels such as Marina Bay Sands, The Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental, and for luxury brands and corporate institutions including Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, DBS and Moët & Chandon, all produced locally in Singapore.
