Trained in France, Laurent spent more than thirty years in fine kitchens — from three-star Michelin restaurants to the Waldorf in London — alongside chefs such as Paul Bocuse and Michel Roux. In 2006 he opened the first Laurent Bernard boutique in Singapore. Today his cacao comes from Bali to Madagascar, Venezuela to Peru, and every cake, praline and bar is made here in Singapore.
