Collection 243 from Louis Roederer is a vinous, layered champagne: a bright golden robe, a fine and lively mousse, and a bouquet that moves from mirabelle plum and lemon meringue to jasmine, then to smoky, toasted notes and fresh pastry.
On the palate it is deep and well structured, the generous Pinot Noir balanced by the chalky freshness of Chardonnay, finishing with a saline lift. Pour it for a celebration, or send it with a box of our chocolates to toast good news.
