A first taste of Laurent Bernard in nine pieces. Single-origin dark chocolate ganaches sit beside pralinés 'à l'ancienne' and flavoured ganaches, with notes drawn from raspberry, bergamot, Earl Grey and jasmine tea alongside hazelnut, almond, pecan and sesame pralines.
