Praliné is where French chocolate-making shows its patience: nuts slowly caramelised, ground and blended with chocolate until smooth. Our praliné collection gathers almond, hazelnut, peanut, coconut, pecan and sesame pralinés, enrobed in milk or dark chocolate and made in our atelier.
Nine pieces make a graceful first taste – a box to slip into a wedding favour, a host's hands or a colleague's desk.
Each box is tied with our cream satin ribbon, ready for Christmas, Deepavali, a wedding or a corporate thank-you.
