Praliné is where French chocolate-making shows its patience: nuts slowly caramelised, ground and blended with chocolate until smooth. Our praliné collection gathers almond, hazelnut, peanut, coconut, pecan and sesame pralinés, enrobed in milk or dark chocolate and made in our atelier.
Sixteen pieces leave room to compare – the crunch of sesame, the roundness of hazelnut, the toasted note of pecan – and to share them across the table.
Each box is tied with our cream satin ribbon, ready for Christmas, Deepavali or a corporate gift.
