Praliné is where French chocolate-making shows its patience: nuts slowly caramelised, ground and blended with chocolate until smooth. Our praliné collection gathers almond, hazelnut, peanut, coconut, pecan and sesame pralinés, enrobed in milk or dark chocolate and made in our atelier.
Thirty-six pieces make a generous centrepiece for a festive table, an office celebration or a family gathering where everyone can find a favourite.
