Three chocolates, one glossy dome. Milk and dark chocolate mousse is layered with a silky white chocolate and vanilla crémeux, all resting on a dark chocolate sponge baked in the style of a brownie, then finished with a mirror glaze and delicate décor.
It is not too sweet, which is why children and grown-ups tend to agree on it. Freshly prepared to order and handcrafted by Laurent Bernard's team, it is a natural centrepiece for a birthday, an anniversary or Father's Day.
Choose a 14 cm or 20 cm cake, add candles, a birthday tag or a written message, and a cake knife comes with every order.

The order went thru smoothly. There's no follow-up until a whatsapp the day before to remind you of collection. They could've sent a whatsapp to say they have received the order rather than just the automated email at the point of order. Didn't realize it's a mousse cake, i know there is a description on site but nobody told me. The packaging has thin and emphasized aesthetics over functionality. Only seen the words that it has to be kept at 4 degrees when throwing the box away. they should inform me better how to store the cake and how to handle it, nobody told me it s fragile, or how to store it, it s written on box but nobody told me. The cake was really good but....
