About Our Chocolate Delivery Services in Singapore

We only deliver to addresses in Singapore at the moment. For chocolate deliveries outside of Singapore, please contact us at sales@laurentbernard.com.sg.

The delivery charge to one address in Singapore is S$20. All orders must be placed at least one working day in advance before the delivery date. Customers must sign the order slip when they receive the product.

In the event of undelivered orders due to the absence of the recipient or the wrong address, the undelivered item will be sent to the nearest Laurent's Cafe outlet. You may choose to self-collect your order within 48 hours or contact us to arrange for a re-delivery at S$20 within the delivery time slots of 10 am to 5 pm or 2 pm to 7 pm.

Please note that our deliveries are fulfilled by a third-party vendor. Place your order anytime, and it will be delivered the next working day between 10 am and 7 pm. If you want your order to be delivered during specific timings or on the same day, let us know in the "Comments" section of your order during checkout. Additional fees may apply.

An additional delivery charge of S$10 on top of the standard delivery fee applies for delivery to Jurong Island.

Please check your order upon delivery. If there are any issues, you may return your order to the driver to exchange it for new products. We won’t be able to give you an exchange without collecting the damaged product.
