Terms & Conditions

Full payment of your order is required before doorstep delivery, if your order has a special request or if the cake you have ordered is usually not sold in the outlet you want to collect it from.

Cake Ordering

All prices are EXCLUDING delivery charges.

Cake designs are subjected to slight variations and availability of decorative accessories.

Cake colour and decorations may be subjected to slight variations from actual product due to possible discrepancies in photo to screen resolution.

Fresh fruits are seasonal and sweetness cannot be assured.

We reserve the rights to substitute, change, accept or reject any orders or cake designs.

Cancellation of Order

Once order has been made NO cancellation is allowed. In any case of cancellation 100% value of the order will be charged.

Refunds will take 7-10 working days of processing time from date of cancellation.

Exchange

In view of hygiene and food safety, all products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any reservations or claims for non-compliance or conspicuous defect has to be done within 2 days from the date of delivery/collection to our customer service at sales@laurentbernard.com.sg

Changes in Order

Any changes pertaining to orders must be made at least 2 working days before delivery/collection. Changes are subject to $30 administration fee.

Any last minute changes to orders are subjected to an additional S$50 Service Fee (excluding GST). There will strictly be no refunds for changes made to orders less than 72 hours before delivery/collection.

All changes are made on a best effort basis and we cannot guarantee that they will be reflected if made less than 2 working days before delivery/collection.

Substitution

Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time. Laurent Bernard Chocolatier will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.

Candles Request

Please indicate the correct number of candles required. We will process the order according to Sender’s request.

Writings on the Cake

Customers may request for writings on the cake. Please indicate the wordings correctly upon placing your order. The messages are written in English Only. Do note that due to space constraint on the cake surface, lengthy wordings may not be accommodated. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any request of writings on the cake. It is customer's duty to ensure that such requests are acknowledged by Laurent Bernard Chocolatier.

Message Card

Envelope and message card available at an additional $5 per message excluding GST. Please indicate the message correctly upon placing your order. Do note that due to space constraints on the card, lengthy messages may not be accommodated. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any request of message on the card. It is customer's duty to ensure that such requests are acknowledged by Laurent Bernard Chocolatier.

Delivery and Self collection

All orders must be at least 1 working days in advance before delivery or self collection at Laurent Bernard’s outlets.

Products are sent to delivery with the name and address of the recipient only.

We don’t attach bill or invoice to the products when given to the customer. Customer must sign the order when collecting the product and the delivery slipper when items are delivered.

Laurent Bernard Chocolatier Pte Ltd is not responsible for undelivered products due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given by the customer.

Customer Accounts, Membership & Rewards Points

We reserve the right to lock/cancel any customer's account and deny access with no prior notice, according to our discretion.

Rewards points balance in locked accounts is not refundable, exchangeable, nor redeemable on any future purchases.
