Almonds are roasted and caramelised for crunch, then coated in a fine layer of dark, milk or caramelised chocolate. Through the window of the green box you can see the medley: speckled, glossy and softly coloured, each one a crisp, sweet, toasty bite.
Made for sharing over tea or coffee, they are just as welcome on their own. Offer a box for Chinese New Year, to a colleague or client, or tuck one into a hamper with orangettes and a bottle of champagne.
