Special Cuvée is the signature of Bollinger: a blend in which Pinot Noir leads, drawn largely from the family's own vineyards and from Premiers and Grands Crus across Champagne.
Up to ten per cent of reserve wines, kept in magnum, are added for consistency, and the wine rests at least three years in Bollinger's cellars before release. Open it for a promotion, an anniversary or a dinner among friends – and pair it with a box of our dark chocolates.
