Ecuador 70% Dark Chocolate Bar

Ecuador is a historic producer of quality cacao, with a remarkable growing region in the west of the country along the Guayas river. For this bar we chose Arriba Summer Superior beans, a Forastero cacao shaped by soil and climate into something special.

This connoisseur's chocolate has a fairly dense structure, typical of Forastero beans, that never masks its flavours. The first impression is light; then aromas of wood, tobacco and tea develop gradually on the palate.
