Piedmont hazelnuts are roasted and caramelised until they crunch, then coated in a layer of dark, milk or caramelised chocolate. The result is a medley of small, glossy bites – toasty, sweet and nutty all at once.
Lovely with an afternoon tea or coffee, or simply on their own. The brown windowed box makes a ready-made gift for Chinese New Year visits, colleagues and clients; add a message card, orangettes or a bottle of champagne.
