We provide same day delivery for all orders made before 11.30am. All orders made from 11.30am onwards can be delivered from the next working day onwards. If your order is urgent, we suggest you make a direct purchase from our Robertson Quay outlet instead.

All items purchased online must be paid online before the order is processed. Please note that items in the shopping cart are not reserved or set aside. Our delivery and store staff are unable to accept any payments for online orders. If you would like to make payment at our retail store, please make a direct purchase at our Robertson Quay outlet.

Most products online are available in our retail stores, and the full range of all products is available on our online store. If it is an important occasion, we advise customers to call the individual store or contact customer service to check availability of their product of choice before heading down.

Alternatively, customers may wish to order the items online in advance. Let us know where you would like to pick it up, and we will have the items transferred to the appropriate outlet for your convenience.

Only our Robertson Quay outlet has ready stocks available for walk-in purchases. Our MacTaggart outlet is for self-collection of online orders only, we do not keep surplus stock on hand for walk-in purchases

Once order has been made no cancellation is allowed. In any case of cancellation 100% value of the order will be charged. Refunds will take 7-10 working days of processing time from date of cancellation.

In view of hygiene and food safety, all products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged. Any reservations or claims for non-compliance or conspicuous defect has to be done within 2 days from the date of delivery/collection to our customer service at sales@laurentbernard.com.sg

Any changes pertaining to orders must be made at least 2 working days before delivery/collection. Changes are subject to a $30 administration fee.

Any last minute changes to orders are subjected to an additional S$50 Service Fee (excluding GST). There will strictly be no refunds for changes made to orders less than 72 hours before delivery/collection.

All changes are made on a best effort basis and we cannot guarantee that they will be reflected if made less than 2 working days before delivery/collection.

We only offer what is listed on each product’s individual page e.g. choice of size, message on cake, message card, candles, etc. Any other customisations including sizes & removal / substitution of ingredients not listed on our website are not possible.

Hamper components are subject to substitution / slight variations based on availability of item stocks. If any component is unavailable, a similar item of similar value will be substituted. Cake designs are subjected to slight variations and availability of decorative accessories. Fresh fruits are seasonal and sweetness cannot be assured.

Product colour and decorations may be subjected to slight variations from actual product due to possible discrepancies in photo to screen resolution.

We reserve the rights to make any substitutions or changes where the management sees fit without the prior approval of the customer.

Customers may request for writings on the cake. Please indicate the wordings correctly upon placing your order. The messages are written in English only.

Envelope and message card available at an additional $5 per message excluding GST. Please indicate the message correctly upon placing your order.

Do note that due to space constraints on the card, lengthy messages of more than 30 characters may not be accommodated. We reserve the right to accept or reject any request or message on the card. It is the customer's duty to ensure that such requests are acknowledged by Laurent Bernard Chocolatier.

We offer islandwide doorstep daily and self-collection at our outlets during operating hours, excluding any scheduled breaks / holidays.

Yes we do. Customers outside Singapore may choose to make payment via Paypal.

Yes, we offer free delivery to one address with a minimum spend of $390 per order.

We offer doorstep delivery slots between 9am - 6pm daily. Self-collection is available based on each outlet’s respective operating hours, which can be viewed here: https://www.laurentbernard.com.sg/cake-shop-near.html

For all orders placed online, whether for self-collection or delivery, an order confirmation email with an order reference number will be sent to you. This means that your order has been confirmed.
