A golden, crisp pastry shell is lined with a fine layer of hazelnut praline, then filled with a glossy dark chocolate ganache. On top: chocolate truffles, squares of chocolate, hazelnuts and little sugar daisies, arranged the way a French pâtissier would.
Bittersweet rather than sugary, it is a tart for grown-up palates – an anniversary dinner, Father's Day, or the end of a long lunch with a glass of wine. At 20 cm it serves eight to ten, and it should be served at room temperature.
this was seriously rich and indulgent. the chocolate filling was smooth and creamy, with a nice crunch from the hazelnut praline. a small slice was definitely enough, but in a good way

I honestly didn't expect the chocolate tart to be this good. From the moment I opened the box, it looked beautifully made and incredibly inviting. We bought this chocolate tart to enjoy together after dinner, and it was a great choice. My wife loved it, and my kids finished every last slice. It made for a really nice family moment, and we'll definitely be coming back to get another one soon. Highly recommended!

On a partagé cette tarte au chocolat en famille après le repas, et tout le monde s'est régalé. Ma femme l'a beaucoup appréciée et mes enfants n'en ont pas laissé une miette. C'était un vrai moment de plaisir tous ensemble. Je pense qu'on reviendra en chercher une pour une prochaine occasion.

The chocolate tart is awesome
The trianon and chocolate tart were fantastic - the former having soft, crunchy and crispy textures and the latter with rich chocolate cream. Plenty of hazelnuts in the cakes.
