In France, Easter comes with a big chocolate fish and a 'friture' of little chocolates shaped like seafood. We keep the tradition: a 20 cm fish in 70% dark or creamy milk chocolate, with scales and fins finely moulded.
Four chocolate sardines and four chocolate rougets, wrapped in shimmering foil, swim alongside on a bed of straw in an Easter basket. A whimsical gift for children and grown-ups, and a lovely way to share a French custom at the Easter table.
